バンブーブレード

Recently finished alot of seinen anime, Bamboo Blade is one of it. The main theme is Kendo, the sub-theme is Blade-Braver (a power-ranger looking gang of superheros). One thing good about the anime is it provided Kendo-dummy guideline. The characters would explained the basic about Kendo, which make my life easy (well i don't even know there are female Kendoist).

The story took place in Muroe High School Kendo Club. The club was lead by Ishida sensei and the only active member also the captain is Kirino. Ishida sensei wanted to revive the club when he had made a bet with his senior to challege each other Kendo club. However, he needed 5 girls. This is the time when he met Tamaki. Tamaki is the daughter of a Kendoist who owned a Dojou. Although she is the best Kendoist around, but she was not interested in Kendo. She is more into anime and justice. After an incident, she was half-cheated in joining the club. It was then she realised Kendo is fun coz she finally made friends.

This is the cosplay of Blade-Braver, a show that Tamiki love the most.

Despites their cute looks, they are the best Kendoists around. Moe~~

I like this anime a lot coz i never seen an anime with Kendo as the main theme. Interesting enough, 9/10. Looking forward for another season.
